Over the 32 years we have been in business, our overriding mission at STS Staffing has been to help our clients meet their personnel needs in order to achieve corporate objectives, and provide opportunities for job seekers to contribute their talents to these great companies and enhance their own careers.


We are very much in the ‘people helping people’ business, but it goes beyond just working with a company needing help, or helping someone find a job.


By assisting our clients with the human resources they need, and by engaging a workforce to support that need, we are growing local economies, adding to the tax base which pays for schools and infrastructure, rents and mortgages are paid, gas and groceries are purchased, and all manner of services are provided and paid for.


I could go on and on with this scenario, but suffice it to say that we are proud of the work we do because is it truly impactful in so many ways.
